In February, I posted an initial review for GameFly.  It’s an on-line video game rental service.  I’ve had 3 months to try and review their services, and I must say that I am 1 happy customer.

Many of you know, that I’ve been having  a whole lot of, some trouble with another video game store. This surpasses them by far!  In March, we sent back the first set of games.

In my initial post, I posted a word of caution when you get the games.  My son was SO excited to be playing new games, that he ripped open the envelope/package it came in, along with the return envelope to send the games back.  I was a little worried that they would charge extra for a replacement envelope, NOPE!  There is an online form you fill out, and in as little as 2 days, you had your replacement in hand!  Simple as that!  Love it…

Also, the returning of the games is easy as pie too!  You put the game into a kind of DVD slip cover, and then, into a cardboard sleeve, and right into the pre-paid envelope.  Drop it in the mail box, and in 3 0r 4 days, depending where you live (I think), you get an email stating they received your games.  It totally helps with the concern of ” Did it make it back?” or ” I wonder if they got everything, should I call just in case?”.  They make the effort to let you know that they got it, and what else would you like to rent.

I wish all things were simple as that, que no?! (:

Disclamer: I was giving a 3 month free membership to GameFly, so I can review and post MY own thoughts.

What Did You Think?

  1. My husband and son get games through Game Fly. It’s nice also because if they really like the games you can always keep it and buy it, and they will send you the case.
